re: re: Is this all CAH?

Thankyou so much for your advice. I have had my levels checked and they're fine, seems to be the same old story. Every time I'm like this its the same old story where nobody knows what's wrong adn it really gets to me. But, I'm feeling a bit better now having spoken to my mates and it doesn't seem all that bleak. The idea that CAH is screwing me up is still there though, but I'm trying my best to put it to the back of my mind. My doctor said he would sort me out with a phsycologist so hopefully that'll come through sometime. It seems for me that the best thing to do is put it all to the back of my mind and get on with things instead of dwelling on it all. I'd just like to say thanks and sorry to my mate (who also has cah, don't know if she'll read this though). She really helped me with what she said, and what you two people have said has helped me along too. Thankyou =]
