Richard, yes this happened to my son who has CAH as well and can be a side effect. What hospital are you under? If you speak to your endo/GP and tell them how they make you feel, you can have a simple operation to take away the tissue and done on the NHS. I do empathise but I am sure they probably look worse to you than they really are but if they make you unhappy then I am sure you can get help. My son did. Please let us know how you get on.
