My brother-in-law and sister-in-law had the same question. They have been assured by their pediatric edocronolgist that the possibly of another form of CAH is not possible. You will genetically only pass on the gene mutation that you already have and that mutation can not change. As long as you and your husband have the mutaiton identified then the outcome is a predicatble one, of course with a only a 1:4 ratio of actually passing it on, but no new mutations of the gene.
