Please your daughter needs to see an adult endo. The transition to adulthood from paediatrician is a difficult one and she really needs to have a full check up. GP's do not know enough about CAH and treatment for CAH is improving, as doctors learn more. Your step daughter must be exhausted. Why not contact the Support Group and ask them to recommend a good caring adult endo who will take the time to help your step daughter. She should be checked over by a urologist, who has knowledge with CAH, there is an excellent one in London. Good luck.
