You are absolutely correct Lisa. Of course she needs monitoring with possible medication adjustments from time to time.

Is it possible that she has suffered some intellectual impairment during an adrenal crisis at any time in her life?

If not (and probably regardless) I think Sue's suggestion that she may need to talk to a psychologist to help unravel issues related to 'difference' and CAH could be very useful.

I wish your family the very best outcome for her.

Megan
