re: re: Changes to Florinef storage Nov. 15th, 2007 12:45am
Hi there,
We live in Australia and they have changed to the new florinef last year. I have 2 boys with CAH. The first batch I got was useless as it crumbled all the time and I was wasting most of it than administering it to the boys!!
Alot of people I have spoken to are still not keeping it in the fridge. I sometimes find it difficult as if you are travelling (my kids do all different types of sports), I have no choice but to just put in the pill box. I used to have a whole weeks medication in a pill box but now I have to do it day by day.
PS: If there is a crumbly batch, apparently you take it back and they will issue you a new bottle!!
