I have been lucky enough to watch a documentary on CAH and was gobsmacked when i relized that you can be born guy were a mix up occurs in conception and a child can inherit two sets of sex chromosomes xx & xy it was explained that if you inherit xx as the dominant and a mutation occurs and you also inherit xy then you will be presented as a girl but think like a man and if you inherit xy and then a mutaion occurs and you also inherit xx than you look like a man and think like a women as both my girls have severe CAH this is something that sticks in the back of my mind but it has also educated me and tought me that we are who we are ive managed to change the view of my hubby by showing him the scientic facts and he has completly changed his way of thinking towards the gay population if more people were correctly educated then the world would be a happier place, oh and by the way you can get genetic testing to see if you carry both sex chromosomes and if you did find out that you carried both would you be content with whom you are, exceptance begins with you when you can except yourself so can others.
