Upon getting an IV iron infusion, I mentioned to the nurse that I had CAH and when I was born they didn't know if I was male or female until after testing. The nurse replied that "babies with ambiguous genitals look weird." And a parent with a CAH child told me that "Chicks with d_cks.... ewe gross."
