I know exactly what you are talking about. My daughter will be 10 in April. But ever since she was little she has been real sensitive to tags on her clothing and underwear. I cut all of the tags off of her clothes after I read the washing and drying instructions and I buy this type of underwear that my Mom found in our area that is for little girls but they're called "boy shorts" I know that sounds wrong but they are made for girls who feel that regular panties are binding. These are more like a brief but kind of look like a bathing suit bottom that I've seen girls wear. She says that they don't "rub" on her like the panties did.
After Ashley had her surgery we did not have a problem with her clitoris. But, before the surgery it protruded a great deal and it bothered her and she complained that it hurt. After the surgery there have been no problems.
