I must admit that I have changed my mind, since realizing that you do not have a child with CAH, nor have CAH yourself....I had been too quick to assume you did. Yes, I do think many of the points that you have brought up are interesting and thought-provoking. However, I do find it more than a little weird that someone with no personal or professional tie to CAH could have such a fascination with this topic. If, as you say, you are truly just a scientist at heart, then I encourage you to apply to medical school and make use of your talents. But, if your interest goes only as far as lurking anonymously around an internet message board, then it feels more than a bit voyeuristic and prurient to me.
I also think your posts are now starting to cross the line between what is thought-provoking and what is simply trying to be provocative. Therefore, I also apologize to any who might be offended by your posts, for encouraging you earlier.
