newborn testing
Feb. 9th, 2005   5:41pm
I do bring the issue of newborn testing for CAH up quite often. In fact, I did a radio interview a few months back that pretty much digressed into the issue of newborn testing from the original topic of surgery. I was a bit out of my realm and had to fly by the seat of my pants--thank goodness I was able to quickly bring up facts and figures online while doing it.

One thing many folks don't realize is that I have an older brother (turns 46 tomorrow--Happy Birthday Steve!) who came very close to death as a newborn because of his CAH. He's a huge cheerleader of my advocacy on the surgery front.
