I'm hesitating in posting the listing because I expect it and the segment line-up will be misconstrued by those here. I'm not particularly pleased about the line-up myself, but I recognize why they did it. It's important to realize I am involved with much more of the intersex advocacy movement beyond CAH and while I have CAH myself, it's only a small segment of those we deal with.
I haven't seen the segment, but I trust the producer after getting to know him over the course of the process and I know that the program presents segments fairly and responsibly. I understand it is excellent and I've been told it has been submitted for consideration for awards given by various broadcast associations.
It includes me talking about my parents and what my mom told me about her experience before she passed away. I know it was included because there was a whole episode of me having to dig out photos quickly before it went to post production--photos that were securely packed away because I had moved the week before. I also made very clear that intersex is not an LGBT issue but touched upon why the LGBT community has taken it up as intently as they have. I'm not sure if that part was included.
