Touche Nunya! How much more 'intersexed' do we want?

These days we generally view adult CAH people in their treated state. However when circumstances are such that a CAH person has been left untreated (providing they survive their adrenally insufficient state) we see the more real state of affairs that this condition produces. This is how it was for classical borderline salt/non-salt wasters before cortisone became available.

So regarding the term 'intersex', does it really matter what ones chromosomes (or internal sex organs) are, when one 'appears' to others to be or believes themselves to be, the total opposite sex from what their chromosomes dictate?
