No flames here, Betsy.  While I may not agree with everything you post, I admire your steadfastness (sp?) and strength.  I have not walked a mile in your shoes...I don't know how/what my life would be if I had, nor do I know if I would have the courage to become such an activist.  I  know you're missing your mom a lot these days.....she'd be so proud of you!
