"$ 50.00 fine if jeans are low enough to show underwear" That would be a field day for cops in all the neighborhoods that I drive through from the gang bangers in the hood out to the suburbs w/ the girls and the thongs.  I went to a club at the beach and people that had thongs displayed a little got in free---- it was thong Thursday ....so wrong  ..I know . We all live in different worlds and I must live on another planet. Cops here are to busy trying to stop kids from throwing acid on each other in middle school or knifing each other and people are busy working two jobs as medical insurance goes up and up.
