I can see why it would spark your curisoity. I used to watcht he discovery health channel and they'd have stuff like that on and its interesting to see what happens in the human body to make things like this happen to people. Perhaps you'd make a wonderful endocrinologist...school would only broaden your knowledge of the inter workings (meds, adrenal crisis, tests, research)
as for aimee's first post on this thread, I once wrote a post about if things other than humans can have CAH and i ment no harm or offense to anyone and she bit my head off. Since then I have not written. I DO have a child with CAH and in no way would I consider her a "lab rat" because she is only one if I let her doctors make her into one.
Also Timid, after reading all of your posts I dont think theres anything wrong with you asking questions and having a curisoity for CAH and I think you should keep asking becuase nobody ever learns anything without asking and if your going to ask its better that you ask us, as we live with this daily and can give you a better outlook. Don't let anyone bring you down for asking.
