What exactly is your name because you were not born Betsy? Don't you have some issues such as habits you need to work on before you try to preach to us parents.

Why do you think it is okay to self medicate and not follow CAH protocols? Do you do this to keep your appearance more masculine?
I believe I explained extensively why I choose to self-medicate. I don't think I look masculine, and certainly not any more masculine than many other women with CAH. My hair right now is a bit long and oddly, it tends to make me look more masculine when it grows out but that's been the case my entire life. If you see a picture from when I was about 12, I looked pretty much like a boy. That was when I was very well controlled according to text book numbers.
In either case, it's irrelevant to me to be concerned about fitting others' definitions of femininity and masculinity.
