Marie- I had this very long post to submit which contained explanations of why I felt you took my post to Betsy wrong. My 2 1/2 year old hit the power button and I lost all of it at first I was upset but now I feel it was probably best. If you read my e-mail I shouldn't have to explain why I feel like Betsy doesn't just give her opinion she attacks. You will also see why I wanted to make Betsy feel like she was being put on the spot! I agree with you God doesn't make mistakes my daughter was my saving grace but he does give you challenges such as dealing with any disease!!!!! In no way is my anger because my child isn't perfect she is a beautiful perfect child to me. My anger comes from the negative post from Betsy on surgery and the name calling I feel she has done to parents that chose surgery. I am also angry about the label that is being put on CAH children such as intersex. I can tell you I am not as angry by the intersex post because that truly is her opinion and how she feels. I can tell you the lobotomy comments and mutiliating comments I feel have been taken way too far. If you feel like those words used in post are a matter of opinion and not being attacked than I am sorry I do not agree! If you read the end of my post you would see that I mentioned directing energy towards expanded newborn screening. I would be more than happy to come together as a group to direct my positive energey to accomplishing something such as the newborn screening.
