Is diabetes therefore a "blind" condition?
Mar. 3rd, 2005   10:17pm

Some people with diabetes wind up losing their vision because of it. Funny that diabetes isn't refered to as a "blind" condition.

Ultimately the real motivation has nothing to do with medical terminology but political terminology. CAH is being staked out as the battle ground for claiming that homosexuality is genetic. Unless it can be classified as "intersex" that it is useless in their argument. If it can be termed thus, then all CAH people can then be lumped into stats for "intersex" and more bogus research can then be touted as "proof" that homosexuality is not a choice.
