How is it possible for a woman to have a normal sex life with a man when she has what looks like a fully formed male penis?? Who is to say these woman would not have psychological problems anyway - even worse ones if they had not had surgery!! Perhaps they would have been so ashamed of their bodies and wanted to commit suicide??? Tina makes a good point - were all the woman that were so unhappy lesbians? Also note there were woman who are happy with the surgery - try focus on that! I do agree that patients shouldn't be kept in the dark about what has happened to them and how can they be if they have to take medication every day to keep them alive???
