Once again, and I am not sure how many times this needs to be repeated by anyone...intersex is not my word nor am I involved in any of the etiology of it. If you don't like the word, write to the doctors who use it. I only use it as it is the commonly accepted medical terminology as put forth by physicians who study CAH. I know I have mentioned here bunches of times that I am not keen on it either but it is the word they use and thus, it makes sense to also use it in the work I do and the writing I do.
Aimee has mentioned several times my book (which looks like it will be sold by the end of the year, Aimee and yes, of course you will get a signed edition when it finally sees print. I figure that won't happen until late 2006 at this point because of the way the whole process works).
Does it, and do I have an agenda? Of course it does, just as I do---just like each of the people who post here has an agenda of their own.
Cherry, I would likely post more on other issues, but getting beat up and flamed over one issue is enough and I learned long ago that the hatred for me here will never transcend any other knowledge I may care to share as someone always seems to drag things out of context and reuse it someother time when they feel like it is appropriate rock to lob over the wall. Simply see Dana's post above for an example of this (and heck, your own for what it is worth). When I posted those two recent studies, you falsely accused me of trying to promote BLO when I never even mentioned it and usually don't in most posts--it's you folks who bring it up, going so far as to call us a cult. Dana through in what she feels is "my non-compliance" when neither my methods of keeping myself healthy nor my sexuality were even germane to the original post!
