I'm very interested in this subject matter in particular since caresfoudation studies - carriers of CAH and depression. Also, I'm interested in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder specific to the events that go on with CAH. Beyond CAH, I also have Celiac Sprue & a great gastro doc and red flags went up as I saw how many physical symptoms were the same as CAH. Looking through the symptoms of Hashimoto's thyroid very interesting also. I'm very lucky to have the attention of Endo care that I do plus the benefit of an awesome mental healthcare system in south florida.
No trouble with the idea of ZOLOFT drugs either because whatever helps ...Well HELPS depending on that persons case.
Plus, does anyone know where I can find info about the flight or fight response and how it relates to adrenal hyperplasia?
Yep sober for three years and a river of beer & whiskey could never take away anything : ) I like coming her because it was hey yes YOU remember that faith thing that got you to this board in the first place which helps in putting alcohol in the proper perspective. After seeing your first post Laura and then going shopping later ...a verse came into my head that I always liked which is "don't stay to long next to the wine" yes, faith is good : )
