Digressing a bit, so is the assumptions that women without surgery could never feel like a "real woman" and could never have heterosexual sex if she desired. That's nothing but an insult to all women with CAH---that she isn't good enough unless she has pretty genitals according to the standards of others who will never have sex with her.
