I hope it's ok to offer this up and it seems like something you might be interested in as a possible job if you are looking for a career move or even in a volunteer capacity. I was a job coach for people w/ physical and/ or mental challenges and my clients enjoyed my input because I encouraged them to really follow what they wanted to do even if it was out of the scope of what my boss had in mind : ) anyway I was working for the clients and not him, right ? hehehe For example, someone that was cleaning for someone else? I encouraged him on with the support of his family to start his own cleaning business.
