That's the point exactly---if she doesn't like the way her genitals look, she can then participate in the decision!  I've never suggested banning surgery or placing moratoriums on it, as have others as I don't think that is the way to acheive a better way.  I simply say to wait until the person who owns the body can participate in such a life-changing decision.

You are correct in your statements that it is impossible to know the outcome of anything until much later in life---same thing as I was trying to point out in my posts which you cited.
