I'm on cortate, dex & florinef at the mo. Where are you located? I'm in OZ.
Remember that it can also be dependent on body weight and the genes in your family too. Stress and all of the other non CAH related life issues.
Be consistent with your meds and talk to your endo about your concerns. I hope this is kinda useful. I'm not saying it will be the answer but it may help you.
