Hello, as far as I know, my son's private parts were NOT photographed but I will NOW look into that. Thanks! If it were just his genitals and no name attached, I believe that is okay and legal in most parts. However, in the USA it is ILEGAL to have names and faces attached to the photo's. I used to work in the Fed. Government and there are MANY laws surrounding this and other issues. I would think the same would apply in England. I stongly ENCOURAGE a little research first, but if names and face shots are attached, contact your US Senator's and ALL local reps. and go to there offices too to force through legislation, especially if this varies state to state. In England, DO the same. Thanks again for what I thought was NOT an issue. I will now do my research. Any legislatiive issues, topics, agendas, etc. in the USA can be found at Thomas.loc.gov TAKE CARE!
