Hi I was 25 when I had my clitoplasty. I didn't have to have any vaginal reconstructive surgery. There is a slight difference in sensation. I would think I could compare it to how a man feels when he has had a circumcision as an adult. He knows the difference.
I also suffered from extreme embarassment which to this day effects my self esteem. I will always feel different and awkward no matter what I look like.
Anyway, I only missed one Friday from work and went back on Monday. It was very hard, but I could not tell anyone about my surgery. With today's surgeries being much better than they were 30something years ago..I would have been okay with having mine done at a younger age. But since they weren't I am grateful that no one messed with it.
