Im 27 had and a clitoralplasty at 25. I did have some reconstructive surgery when i was younger too. with medicine what it is today i would not want my parents to wait but 25 years ago i wish they would have waited til i was older (pre-teen).
I do not notice too much of a difference it is just slightly harder for me to orgasm now. I really wish i would have done it years early.. but i had a doctor tell me i shouldnt because if im with someone who really loves me it wont matter to them. (Sometimes doctors just dont get it) .
I did not have any vaginal work done at that time my Reproductive endocrinologist opted for a less invasive "stretching" of my vaginal opening because surgically it is more likley to tear at the incision point later.
