We've never regretted our decision to have a second child after our first was born with CAH. I refused medication for the second, feeling that the complications of any medication during pregnancy weren't worth the risk. Our second was born with CAH, as well, and we go on about our lives with gusto! Everyone is so different in how they handle their children with CAH. We take all the necessary precautions, but allow the boys to live their lives as any other child would. Good luck!
