Hi! My son has been diagnosed with SWCAH when he was 2 months old. He's doing pretty well now, haven't had any serious problems regarding his health. My concern now is that I've read some stories from men with CAH that they'd experienced (involuntary?) ejaculation at a young age, due to high testosterine level(probably). My son is now 7 y.o. (turning 8 next month) and I'm a little worried about it. Does this really happen to all males with CAH? and, is this really something I should expect to happen? and if it does happen, how should I approach it? (granting that I'll know about it when it happens, if it happens).
