There's a 50% change you're next child will get cah, else he/sche will be an carier.
I have two cah boy's(did'nt know it till after ou'r secont was born.)
I wantet to have four but whe Did'nt want our next one to fight for his live to(whe've almost lost them aboud 6 times)

But I have heard you can let you're unborn child be tested for cah and then you have to take take some meds(hydrocort?) while you are pregnent,so that you're newborn can have a good start.I don't know if they are praktising it allready and if it works. But you could ask you're endo about it.

I wisch you good luck with this hard disision, and follow you're heart.

Love and God bless,Angela

Angela
