Im sure she is aware of being a minor...and that he is 19. You do not know when she will be 18. So in that respect I would mind your own business.
The point is...one day, no matter how old she is, she will have to make the decision of whether or whether not to tell the guy about her condition prior to being intimate. That is the question she was asking. She was not looking to get the law on minors and statatory rape.
I think that you should explain CAH to him before becoming intimate with him. No matter what age you are...you need to make sure that the person loves you for who you are. Good luck!
