ACS, telling someone who has responded to someone's question to "mind their own business" is rude. If you disagree with OB's opinion, then says so and give a reason why.
Just today news services announced that an advisory panel is recommending vaccinations for 11 and 12 year old girls for a sexually transmitted virus. Yet few, if any 11-18 year old girls have even heard of the virus the vaccine is to treat. They want to offer preventative treatment for a sexually transmitted disease yet they make very little effort to educate the girls about it. This is 11 and 12 year old girls!! Sex is not just some harmless fun one can enjoy and forget. The CDC reports that 6.2 million people get infected with this virus each year. That's just one of hundred if not thousands of serious disease spread through sex. I'd say that's a significant reason to have more respect for sex. OB is offering some sage and wise advice. Megan will do good to listen to that advice.
