My son (SWCAH) is out of high school and works part time and that at times is to much, other time he is fine. Just how the meds are working that day and what is going on.

You are right it is 24/7 and if you don't have some one to help so you can take a braek you will go batty, no them being at school when small is not a braek because do you know if they really understand what could happen will they call. The sick rules are different for our children then for the rest.
