Yo, yo like what up? it's fly .....what? wait? that was back in my day. Not cool to say fly anymore or maybe never was? Don't know but it was fun because it was different than the way my parents talked and that was just fine until I went to college and had to write term papers expressing thoughts about literature or had to work out in public with people of all different ages.
I was wondering about your post and was a little confused but it seemed to me that in a very sincere but intense way you were trying to let parents know that things really will be ok with this condition and that maybe they go overboard or something? and that made you intense?
These are parents trying to find the best way they can and sometimes the words come out that say what they feel about the condition and I think a lot of that is based on the very small research from people that show up for studies in the past. I don't think the whole picture of the condition is out there and that makes parents scared and traumatized. I read this one letter where every paragrapg the mother brought up that she was a girl and I thought well yeah a girl with an adrenal gland condition whereas the boys parents talked about adrenal crisis. This condition really enough to give someone a complex but don't let it. "Just chill " you wrote and I think that was meant to be helpful. BEST WISHES. I really was wondering about this one thing though ....ok the young people will tell me that I'm "old school " is that a good thing?
Kiddo, get your thyroid checked earlier than I did.
