this would be surgery for vaginal stenosis, maybe this insurance provider needs more info from a urologist surgeon or maybe dialations are needed instead of surgery. I had this surgery at 21 due to the prior surgeries I was subjected to.
Her Endo or Urologist surgeon might be of help for the insurance company.
