Hi Mark aside from the physical problems maybe causing a lack of interest, it could be possible that her steroid could have something to do with a low libido. Has she had her prolactin level checked lately? Sometimes higher than necessary steroids doses can lower testosterone too much, and believe it or not even we women need a little testosterone to get a little hubba hubba on or even to feel good about ourselves lol. I wonder if thats why guys are so full of themselves, lol, just kidding of course.
Also I read that antidepressants can effect the libido, so there may be other factors involved in this. Meaning if she takes any other meds you might wanna look up the side effects. Your wife's spirit may be broken because of all of this. It would be very good for her to get a little therapy, may help her to feel better about things or to have a different understanding beside her own.
