Glad that I was able to help this guy know about a surgery that him and his wife were looking into and if others don't "advertise it" it's not my business as I was just answering this post. But it does seem interesting about the appearance of everything is fine and nooo those surgeries "are rare" or your "experience isn't typical" which from your post and thanks for at least writing something isn't the case as I've been swept under the rug to believe. According to the experts more surgery just isn't needed. Thanks for posting Anon.
