I didn't mean for you to  have to defend yourself.  I guess I wanted to know what will I do if my daughter wants surgery.  ISNA who are very anti surgery feel that waiting till your child is older and can be involved in the surgery decision is best.  I  can't even stand it when I have to fight off the students and Dr. assistants who want to take a look.  My daughter is gonna get looked at by the endo because she didn't have the surgery .  Sometimes I feel we are damned if we do and damned if we don't.  Maybe I was feeling pretty good about waiting till she was older and I thought letting her be a kid now was good.  You know if I had her surgery done as a baby she could just be a kid too and not have to have psychological support when she is older because she has ambiguous genitalia.  I admire that you keep speaking and when I say that you scare me, well its true.  If my neighbor told me there was a rapist in our area I would be scared but thankful for the warning and I would take precautions.
