You mentioned that your daughter would get looked at by endo because she didn't have the surgery. Even after surgery endo will still look. They are checking for signs to help them determine if the medication is on track. Under suppression may cause increased sexual hair, pubic and underarm, skin may also darken,   Even after surgery..... I was told that if not controlled, excess androgens can cause the clitoris to enlarge so my endo will continue to check for growth. I understand your feelings of damned if we do and damned if we don't.

I am trying to be honest with and give my daughter as much information as she can understand at her age. I am praying that I can instill a healthy concept and help her develop confidence in herself and understand why the endo needs to examine all of her body.
