21yr old female here born with Classical Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia the salt wasting one..... Ive been on meds my whole life.....been taking Cortef, and Florineff..... I was born with major birth defects....... I had an enlarged clitoris, and no vaginal opening but all my other goods (ovaries,uterus etc.) were there..... I have had about 12 or 13 surgeries to build a vaginal opening..... all which have failed....the last surgery I was in I was under for 24 hrs straight.... they removed piece of my intestine..... and used it to build a opening and tunnel to the uterus......Well all I can say that one didnt work either I got some infection..... and I was stranded in the hospital for over a month I have scars all over my body b/c of these friggin surgeries.......Ive had my clitoris shaved/cut down smaller, Ive had a vein out of my right leg to use as a piece of piping for urethra b/c first doctor moved it....(dont ask why I duno) Anywho finally had a skin graph on my left thigh taken for the tunnel opening of my vagina.....that I can say finally stuck..... and yes I do have an opening and tunnel to my uterus it just looks like S%&#, when I get turned on my vagina gets hard and poofs out.........Other than that I hope this helps any of you people out there....... I also tend to feel like crap sometimes..... I just think its do to the lack of water.... b/c I like to drink Mountain Dew.....My ?'s are...... Do any of you SWCAH peeps smoke cigs? if so how does it make you feel j/w bc I smoked and it made me feel like doo doo.....prolly cuz smoking dehydrates you......My other ? Mood Swings? Who has em? What kind? and How often? I was starting to wonder if I was bi-polar lol Im in a good mood then wamo I just flip out.... Ive been on my own dealing with all this..... since I was 8 yrs old..... so NE Out there think its tuff........email me [removed on request from author] Thats pretty much it I guess I feel like Im blabbing but Ive never opened up or talked to anyone about these issues so Im just looking for friends, friends to help...... etc.....
