Dear SmileyGurl,

The Endocrinologist that manages your CAH is the person that checks thyroid levels.

You mentioned about feeling bi- polar and sometimes it's not bi-polar but really a thyroid condition that makes the moods swings due to lack of or to much thyroid hormone.

I'm sorry but not really sure about what they test for or how much it costs. I know that there are programs that help people without insurance through hospitals.
