This is a late reply, as I don't check this board very often, but I wanted to tell you that I highly doubt that your hairiness in your 20's is due to a topical steroid used as a child. what lab work have the drs done and what did it show? If no hormonal balances are evident, you might try laser hair removal. Although expensive, many women say it is worth it.
