Absolutely YES he can live a full life.  I have an 18 year old daughter with mild salt wasting CAH and she does all kinds of stuff.  We don't make her CAH the focus of her life and neither does she.  She has grown up knowing that she has to take her meds and she is good about that.  That is the main thing. Good luck with the new grandbaby and please accept my condolences on the loss of your son.
