hi, im 25 years old i suffer with CAH and a salt waster. i have no problems in reaching orgasm although it takes a little longer.

i had an operation to have a part of my clitorial shaft removed (more internal part) which was very big but only noticable during sexual arousal.

i have had all the surgerys and still have all feeling, so there is hope.
