Not going anywhere soon but have wondered if when someone passes that when they go into the next realm that they in a way get those parts back to help in the next journey.
People surgically altered but the those parts are back and they are whole again because they actualy might be needed there (next realm) even though majority societal norms (here) deem them unacceptable.
