re: To Michelle and Megan

Michelle and Megan: I did get my glucose tolerance test results back...I am in the normal range - but getting very close to being in the glucose intolerant range (I'm 137 and 140 is the beginning of the range). I have been cutting back my dose of Dex as well - I started at .5 and am now down (in a week) to .430 . Dr Malek wants me to get down to .375 and ultimately .25 (not sure the .25 is enough though). Funny - with a lower dose my feet have become much less red and the skin is not nearly as peely and dry. I'm noticing some libido coming back too (eh...there is a male gender out there...what do you know? ha ha). The only downside is that my concentration is not as good... staring into space more...I have to think about my spelling of words more now - along with thinking of which word to use in a particular situation without getting out the thesaurus. I don't like that.
