SC - I understand where you're coming from. I'm 24, was diagnosed at age 2 and had surgery shortly thereafter. I met my husband when I was 18 and telling him about my condition and difficulties we would have during sex was really difficult for me. I knew early on that he was the one, though, so I did it. He's been nothing but supportive since - the right guy for you will be too. It's been two years since we married and the sex issue is just now getting cleared up (we chose not to have sex until after our wedding, for reasons unrelated to CAH), but it's getting better.
