re: reaching full height-at what age
May. 30th, 2007   11:15pm

What is your son's bone age? We've been told that typically when a boy's bone age reaches about 17 they are done growing. Does your son have regular bone age x-rays done? They should be able to tell from the x-rays if the bone plates have fused, which would mean that no further growth is possible. I've talked to some men who have said they continued to grow until they were almost 20 years old.
